some days ago i listened to a debate on the radio about the 20 cm courgette, which is usually offered by supermarkets. the critic was that the 20 cm dogma suggests that only this small courgettes are delicious.
i love knödel! i love “speckknödel”, “grammelknödel”, “hascheeknödel” and also the sweet versions such as “marillenknödel” and “zwetschgenknödel”. i always had them in austria and had no idea how easy it was to make them on your own.
