it is a beauty! i love poppy as long as i can remember. as a child i liked to open the buds and to unfold the petals before time, then they had the most amazing red i could imagine. later i tried to pick poppy to place them in a flower vase. but usually they became wilted even before i reached home. today i know that there are things you can only enjoy out there. but lucky as i am, we have some poppy places on our meadow. and because it looks so beautiful, we didn’t mow these places …
