crazy so my grandma thinks that, oh by the way now i so the daughter is taking over here. so if you really think it is crazy to eat dandelion flower cookies then i think if you give it a try you will love it as much as me and my family do. the cookies are really delicious maybe you have to go in the garden and get the dandelion flowers but it is worth it because the cookies are so delicious so as class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u00bd to 1 cup dandelion petals ( yellow parts only )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">2 \u00bd cups flour&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1 pinch salt&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>preheat the oven to 175 degrees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>mix butter and sugar with a mixer until it is light and fluffy, mix it about 3 minutes. now you can add the dandelion petals and beat it until incorporated. little by little add the flour and salt, beating to incorporate fully. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the dough will be crumbly at first, but it will start to come together. once all the flour is added, beat on low another minute or so. then knead gently with your hands until the dough comes together (sometimes you have to add a little bit water if it\u00b4s still crumbly). now form the dough into a ball. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>roll the cookies out and cut them with your favorite cookie cutters (you also can use a glass for it). bake the cookies to 175 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes, until they begin to brown on the bottoms and are fully cooked on the top. remove the cookies to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely. and now enjoy eating!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************************************************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1 tasse butter, zimmertemperatur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u00bd tasse zucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u00bd bis 1 tasse l\u00f6wenzahnbl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter (nur gelbe teile)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">2 \u00bd tassen mehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1 prise salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>den backofen auf 175 grad vorheizen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>butter und zucker mit einem mixer verr\u00fchren, bis sie schaumig sind, etwa 3 minuten lang. jetzt kann man die l\u00f6wenzahnbl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter hinzuf\u00fcgen und so lange schlagen, bis sie eingearbeitet sind. nach und nach mehl und salz hinzuf\u00fcgen und so lange schlagen, bis alles eingearbeitet ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>anschlie\u00dfend vorsichtig mit den h\u00e4nden kneten, bis sich der teig zusammenf\u00fcgt (manchmal muss man noch etwas wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, wenn er noch br\u00f6selig ist). nun den teig zu einer kugel formen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>die kekse ausrollen und mit deinen lieblingsausstechern ausstechen (du kannst auch ein glas daf\u00fcr verwenden). die kekse bei 175 grad etwa 20 bis 25 minuten backen, bis sie an der unterseite zu br\u00e4unen beginnen und an der oberseite durchgebacken sind. die kekse auf ein abk\u00fchlgitter legen und vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen. und jetzt lasst es euch
