\u00a0these chocolate covered hazelnut cookies are simple and very fine. all in one biscuit. and as we still had a <em><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=5543\" target=\"_blank\">huge amount of hazelnuts<\/a><\/em> at home, they are very welcome.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>you can enjoy the hazelnut cookies with chocolate or without chocolate, as you like. they are delicious both ways.<\/p>\n<p>if you do not have hazelnuts you can add other kinds of nuts as well. the hazelnut version is from <em><a href=\"http:\/\/atdownunder.com\/2012\/05\/25\/cookie-time\/\" target=\"_blank\">atdownunder<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">210 g flour<br \/>\n80 g roasted ground hazelnut<br \/>\n200 g soft butter<br \/>\n60 g fine sugar<br \/>\n200 g chocolate coating for dipping<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">combine flour, hazelnuts, butter and sugar to a dough. wrap in cling film and allow to chill at a cool place, but not in the fridge, for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C. line a baking tray with baking paper. roll out\u00a0the dough on a floured surface and cut out the cookies. bake them for 10-12 minutes or until golden.<\/p>\n<p>remove carefully from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack. if you like,\u00a0you can dip them in some melted chocolate coating.<\/p>\n<p>enjoy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">210 g mehl<br \/>\n80 g ger\u00f6stete und gemahlene haseln\u00fcsse<br \/>\n200 g weiche butter<br \/>\n60 g feiner zucker<br \/>\n200 g schokoladen-kuvert\u00fcre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">mehl, haseln\u00fcsse, butter und zucker zu einem teig verarbeiten. den teig in frischhaltefolie wickeln und etwa 30 minuten an einem k\u00fchlen ort, nicht dem k\u00fchlschrank, ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">den ofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. ein backblech mit backpapier auslegen. den teig auf einer bemehlten fl\u00e4che ausrollen und die kekse ausstechen. 10-12 minuten golden backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die gebackenen kekse aus dem ofen nehmen und vorsichtig zum ausk\u00fchlen auf ein kuchenbitter geben. wer mag, kann die ausgek\u00fchlten kekse in geschmolzene schokoladen-kuvert\u00fcre dippen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">viel vergn\u00fcgen!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>a cookie is always a good idea!
