this is a perfect sunday breakfast. fluffy pancakes, sweet dandelion syrup, fried egg and crunchy bacon. this will make\u00a0you perfectly happy.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>for a long time i was looking for the perfect pancake recipe. this is the best i could find till\u00a0now. it is from one of these recipe platforms where you usually don&#8217;t find very good things and had the title <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chefkoch.de\/rezepte\/1106741216791756\/Original-American-Pancakes.html\" target=\"_blank\">original pancake recipe from eighteenhundredsomething<\/a><\/em>. normally all reasons to continue scrolling very quickly. but it sounded good. made with buttermilk and beaten egg whites. so i gave it a chance et voila, the best pancakes i ever made.<\/p>\n<p>pancakes are good in multiple\u00a0variations. i prefer them in the sweet and salty combination with egg and bacon and syrup. you can use any\u00a0syrup you like. the classic one\u00a0would be maple syrup. but we still had some of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=4719\" target=\"_blank\">our dandelion syrup<\/a><\/em> from last spring. and before the next spring with its&#8217;\u00a0dandelion flowers approaches we wanted to\u00a0enjoy the fruits of our harvest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 eggs<br \/>\n500 ml butter milk<br \/>\n250 g flour<br \/>\n1 tsp baking soda<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n60 g melted butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">optional:<br \/>\nbacon<br \/>\neggs<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">or<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">yoghurt<br \/>\nfruits<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">beat the egg yolk until creamy. add milk, flour, baking soda and sugar and mix until combined. pour in the melted butter and combine. beat the egg whites and fold carefully into the dough.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">heat a bit of butter or oil in a frying pan and fry your pancakes until golden. to keep them warm, put them in the oven at\u00a0100\u00b0C. fry the bacon and eggs if you have chosen this option.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">during summer, the pancakes will also be delicious with yoghurt, syrup and fresh fruits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">and enjoy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 eier<br \/>\n500 ml buttermilch<br \/>\n250 g mehl<br \/>\n1 tl natron<br \/>\n1el zucker<br \/>\n60 g geschmolzene butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">optional:<br \/>\nbacon<br \/>\neier<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">oder<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">joghurt<br \/>\nfr\u00fcchte<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die eigelbe in einer sch\u00fcssel cremig schlagen. milch, mehl, natron und zucker dazu geben und verr\u00fchren. die geschmolzene butter unterr\u00fchren. das eiwei\u00df steif schlagen und vorsichtig unter den teig heben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">etwas butter oder mehl in eine pfanne geben und die pancakes darin von beiden seiten goldbraun backen. \u00a0um die pancakes warm zu halten, kann man sie in den auf 100\u00b0C vorgeheizten ofen stellen. w\u00e4hrenddessen, wer mag, den bacon und die eier braten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">im sommer sind die pancakes auch mit joghurt, sirup und frischen fr\u00fcchten sehr gut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">guten appetit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>mmmmh &#8230;
