chocolate tart is like heaven for all who love a\u00a0sumptuous chocolate taste. the tart is chocolate pure, walnuts pure, sugar pure, honey pure and butter pure &#8211; so nothing for a diet at all. but it is so unbelievably good!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>the only thing i would change next time is baking the tart in several small cake tins instead of a large tart, because it is really, really rich. so\u00a0next time it wouldn&#8217;t be my fault any more if\u00a0someone had too much of it, just because\u00a0the piece of tart was too big. next time i prefer that\u00a0someone has too much because they had too many tiny pieces of it. self-responsible.<\/p>\n<p>and &#8230; i prefer the part of the pieces that had a lot of this\u00a0fantastic butter cookie: the edges. and in smaller tins there would\u00a0be simply more edges &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>but\u00a0you will need a lot of walnuts, which means quit a bit of work if you&#8217;re<em> <a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=5543\" target=\"_blank\">cracking them <\/a><\/em>by yourself. but it&#8217;s worse it!<\/p>\n<p>the recipe of this fantastic\u00a0tart is by nigel slater, just as good as all of his recipes, from the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nigelslater.com\/tender-obst-_bk_23\" target=\"_blank\">tender fruits book<\/a><\/em>. but forget about the the creme fraiche he recommends. it is not necessary at all.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2015\/02\/walnut-and-chocolate-tart-II_bearbeitet-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5551\" src=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2015\/02\/walnut-and-chocolate-tart-II_bearbeitet-1.jpg\" alt=\"walnut and chocolate tart II_bearbeitet-1\" width=\"2312\" height=\"1536\" srcset=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2015\/02\/walnut-and-chocolate-tart-II_bearbeitet-1.jpg 2312w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2015\/02\/walnut-and-chocolate-tart-II_bearbeitet-1-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2015\/02\/walnut-and-chocolate-tart-II_bearbeitet-1-1024x680.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2015\/02\/walnut-and-chocolate-tart-II_bearbeitet-1-452x300.jpg 452w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2015\/02\/walnut-and-chocolate-tart-II_bearbeitet-1-900x598.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2312px) 100vw, 2312px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">dough:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150 g butter<br \/>\n200 g flour<br \/>\n1 egg<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">topping:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150 g butter<br \/>\n180 g honey<br \/>\n180 g light muscovado sugar<br \/>\nsplash of milk<br \/>\n1 or 2 drops vanilla aroma<br \/>\n140 g dark chocolate<br \/>\n220 g walnuts<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">to prepare the dough, cut the butter in pieces and combine with the flour with the help of your fingers. add the egg and combine to a firm dough. pour the dough in a tart tin or several smaller tins and allow to rest in the fridge for half an hour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">preheat the oven to 200\u00b0 C. cover the tart with some baking paper and fill with baking beans. bake for 10 minutes. remove the beans and the baking paper and bake for another 5 minutes until the dough feels dry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">in the meantime you can prepare the topping. chop the walnuts and the chocolate. heat the butter in a small pan. add sugar and honey, then a splash of milk and the vanilla aroma. cook for 2 minutes. remove from heat and stir in\u00a0the walnuts and chocolate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">pour the walnut and chocolate mixture into the baked tart(s). reduce the heat to 190\u00b0 C and bake for another 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">allow to cool down a bit and serve. enjoy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">teig:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150 g butter<br \/>\n200 g mehl<br \/>\n1 ei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">f\u00fcllung:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150 g butter<br \/>\n180 g honig<br \/>\n180 g hellen muscovadozucker<br \/>\nein schluck milch<br \/>\n1 bis 2 tropfen vanillearoma<br \/>\n140 g dunkle schokolade<br \/>\n220 g waln\u00fcsse<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">f\u00fcr den teig die butter in st\u00fccke schneiden und mit hilfe der finger mit dem mehl zerbr\u00f6seln. das ei dazu geben und zu einem teig verkneten. den teig in eine gebutterte tartform oder kleinere formen geben und eine halbe stunde an einem k\u00fchlen oft rasten lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">den ofen auf 200\u00b0 C vorheizen. die tart mit backpapier bedecken und mit trockenwohnen f\u00fcllen. 10 minuten backen. die bohnen und das backpapier entfernen und noch mal 5 minuten backen bis sich der boden trocken anf\u00fchlt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">in der zwischenzeit die f\u00fcllung zubereiten. die waln\u00fcsse und die schokolade hacken. die butter in einem kleinen topf zerlassen. zucker und honig dazu geben, dann einen schluck milch, vanillearoma und zwei minuten kochen lassen. vom herd nehmen und die schokoladen und die waln\u00fcsse unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die schokoladen-walnuss-mischung in die tartform(en) geben. den ofen auf 190\u00b0 C runterschauten und 20 minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">abk\u00fchlen lassen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">viel freude!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>this walnut &amp;
