<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamieoliver.com\/magazine\/subscribe.php\" target=\"_blank\">jamie oliver recipe<\/a><\/em> gets its kick by the cheese and the crunchy pumpkin seeds, sesame and poppy seeds mixtures.<\/p>\n<p>and a soup is always a good idea when it is cold outside. in addition, this one is \u00a0so wonderfully colorful that it will brighten your day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 onion<br \/>\n2 celery stalks<br \/>\nolive oil<br \/>\n1,2 kg cooked beet<br \/>\n700 ml stock<br \/>\n50-100 ml orange juice<br \/>\n100 g goat&#8217;s cheese<br \/>\n50 g mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sesame and sunflower for example)<br \/>\n1 tsp chili powder<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">if you still have to cook the beets, plan 1 hour for that. you can put them with enough water in a large pan, without cleaning or peeling or anything. just bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until tender. rinse with cold water and peel them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">to make the chili seeds, combine the seeds and the chili powder and dry fry in a frying pan for a few minutes. set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">peel and chop the onions. clean the celery and chop as well. pour both with a splash of olive oil in a pan and saut\u00e9. when softened pour the onion and celery mixture together with the cooked beet and the stock in a blender and blend until smooth. add the orange juice and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">reheat the soup, divide in\u00a0your serving bowls and serve with some goat&#8217;s center;\">1 zwiebel<br \/>\n2 stangen sellerie<br \/>\noliven\u00f6l<br \/>\n1,2 kg gekochte rote bete<br \/>\n700 ml br\u00fche<br \/>\n50-100 ml orangensaft<br \/>\n100 g ziegenk\u00e4se<br \/>\n50 g verschiedene kerne (zb. k\u00fcrbiskerne, sesam, sonnenblumenkerne)<br \/>\n1 tl chilipuder<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">wenn die rote bete noch nicht vorgekocht ist, sollte man etwa eine stunde daf\u00fcr einplanen. \u00a0die rote bete einfach ohne putzen, sch\u00e4len oder sonst etwas in einen gro\u00dfen topf mit wasser geben, aufkochen und eine stunde bei mittlerer hitze kochen lassen bis sie weich sind. unter kaltem wasser absp\u00fclen und sch\u00e4len.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0f\u00fcr die chilikerne alle kerne mit dem chilipuder mischen und wenige minuten in einer kleinen pfanne trocken anr\u00f6sten. zur seite stellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfeln. selleriestangen waschen und w\u00fcrfeln. beides mit etwas oliven\u00f6l weich d\u00fcnsten. die weichen zwiebeln und sellerie gemeinsam mit der br\u00fche und den gekochten roten beten in den mixer geben und p\u00fcrieren. den orangensaft dazu geben und mit salz und pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die rote bete suppe auf sch\u00fcsseln verteilen und mit etwas chilikernen bestreut servieren.<\/p>\n<p
