of salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">icing:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 egg whites<br \/>\n450 g icing sugar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">filling:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">red currant jam<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">combine the flour, the soft butter, the egg yolks and the salt and knead until you get\u00a0a compact dough. allow to chill for a short while.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">preheat the oven to 170\u00b0C circulating air oven.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">to prepare the icing, beat the egg white and the icing sugar until stiff. roll out the dough and spread over the icing. cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter. i recommend cookie cutters without corners or peaks as\u00a0the dough\u00a0is quite\u00a0sticky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">place the cookies on a baking tray, lined out with baking paper an bake for 8-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">allow to cool style=\"text-align: center;\">glasur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 eiweiss<br \/>\n450 g puderzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">f\u00fcllung:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">rote johannisbeer(ribisel)marmelade<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">mehl, butter, eigelb und salz zu einem teig verarbeiten und einen kurzen moment rasten lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">den ofen auf 170\u00b0 C umluft vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">f\u00fcr die glasur die eiweisse steif schlagen und den puderzucker w\u00e4hrenddessen einriegeln lassen. den teig ausrollen und die glasur auf den teig streichen. dann mit einem keksausstecher die kekse ausstechen. es empfiehlt sich keksausstecher ohne ecken oder spitze winkel zu verwenden, weil das ganze ziemlich klebrig ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">ein backblech mit backpapier auskleiden und die ausgestochenen kekse darauf setzen. 8-10 minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die gebackenen kekse komplett ausk\u00fchlen lassen und dann je zwei mit einem teel\u00f6ffel marmelade zusammenkleben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">viel spass und
