{"id":5324,"date":"2014-12-18T21:46:10","date_gmt":"2014-12-18T20:46:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=5324"},"modified":"2014-12-18T22:36:10","modified_gmt":"2014-12-18T21:36:10","slug":"yellow-pumpkin-curry-gelbes-kuerbiscurry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=5324","title":{"rendered":"yellow pumpkin curry \/\/ gelbes k\u00fcrbiscurry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2014\/12\/pumpkin-curry_bearbeitet-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5325\" src=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2014\/12\/pumpkin-curry_bearbeitet-1.jpg\" alt=\"pumpkin curry_bearbeitet-1\" width=\"4288\" height=\"2848\" srcset=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2014\/12\/pumpkin-curry_bearbeitet-1.jpg 4288w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2014\/12\/pumpkin-curry_bearbeitet-1-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2014\/12\/pumpkin-curry_bearbeitet-1-1024x680.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2014\/12\/pumpkin-curry_bearbeitet-1-451x300.jpg 451w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2014\/12\/pumpkin-curry_bearbeitet-1-900x597.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 4288px) 100vw, 4288px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>this yummy pumpkin curry is a super quick weekday dinner and so good when it gets cold outside. the curry and pumpkin are both real comfort food ingredients, the spiciness gives you a little kick and the nice color is quite the right answer to these dark and grey days out there.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>the dish is so easy to prepare, that you do not really need a recipe. you only need a curry paste of your choice, the vegetable of your choice, some tofu and rice noodles and spring onions, coriander green and chili to garnish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">for 4:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 tbsp oil<br \/>\n185 g curry paste<br \/>\n500 ml chicken stock<br \/>\n800 ml coconut milk<br \/>\n2 tbsp fish sauce<br \/>\n800 g pumpkin<br \/>\n400 g brokkoli, beans or other green vegetable<br \/>\n250 g vermicelli noodiles, cooked<br \/>\n300 g silken tofu<br \/>\n4 spring onions<br \/>\n1 handful coriander leaves<br \/>\n2 red chilies<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">peel the pumpkin and cut the pumpkin in bite sized pieces. clean the broccoli and roughly chop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. add the curry paste and fry for one minute. add the stock, coconut milk and fish sauce and bring to a boil. add the pumpkin and cook for about 10 minutes until the pumpkin becomes tender. add the broccoli and cook for another\u00a0two minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">in the meantime cut the tofu in small cubes. thinly slice the spring onions and the chillies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">divide the cooked vermicelli noodles between four bowls. pour over the curry soup and top with spring onions, coriander and chili.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">enjoy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">f\u00fcr 4:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 el \u00f6l<br \/>\n185 g currypaste<br \/>\n500 ml h\u00fchnerbr\u00fche<br \/>\n800 ml kokosmilch<br \/>\n2 el fischsauce<br \/>\n800 g k\u00fcrbis<br \/>\n400 g brokkoli, bohnen oder anderes gr\u00fcnes Gem\u00fcse<br \/>\n250 g vermicelli nudeln, gekocht<br \/>\n300 g seidentofu<br \/>\n4 fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<br \/>\n1 handvoll koriander<br \/>\n2 rote chili<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">den k\u00fcrbis sch\u00e4len und in mundgerechte st\u00fccke schneiden. den brokkoli putzen und grob in st\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">das \u00f6l in einer gro\u00dfen pfanne erhitzen. die currypaste dazu geben und eine minute anr\u00f6sten. auch die br\u00fche, die kokosmilch und die fischsauce dazu geben und zum kochen bringen. den k\u00fcrbis hinzuf\u00fcgen und etwa zehn minuten kochen, bis er weich ist. dann den brokkoli noch f\u00fcr wenige minuten hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">in der zwischenzeit den tofu in w\u00fcrfel schneiden, die fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und chilis in d\u00fcnne streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die gekochten vermicelli nudeln auf vier sch\u00fcsseln aufteilen. die currysuppe dar\u00fcbergeben und die fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, chili und koriander oben drauf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">guten appetit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>this yummy pumpkin curry is a super quick weekday dinner and so good when it gets cold outside. the curry and pumpkin are both real comfort food ingredients, the spiciness gives you a little kick and the nice color is &hellip;
