the lightly saut\u00e9ed bear\u2019s garlic adds its aromatic flavor to the eggs and the greens will give the scrambled eggs a great texture.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>for breakfast I recommend some white bread or bun and if you want to enjoy the scrambled eggs with bear\u2019s garlic for lunch or as a light dinner take some dark bread instead just like the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeit.de\/2012\/17\/Wochenmarkt-Baerlauch\" target=\"_blank\">zeit magazine weekly market<\/a> <\/em>recommends where I found this nice and easy bear\u2019s garlic idea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 eggs per person<br \/>\n10 leaves of bear\u2019s garlic per person<br \/>\na splash of milk<br \/>\n1 tsp butter<br \/>\n1 tsp olive oil<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">wash the bear\u2019s garlic and dry carefully. heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan and saut\u00e9 the bear\u2019s garlic leaves for one minute. remove from the pan and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>scramble the eggs, add a splash of milk and season with salt. pour the eggs in the pan, add the bear\u2019s garlic again and fry until the eggs get done. stir from time to time. serve immediately and pour over some fresh grounded black pepper.<\/p>\n<p>enjoy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 eier pro person<br \/>\n10 b\u00e4rlauchbl\u00e4tter pro person<br \/>\nein schluck milch<br \/>\n1 el butter<br \/>\n1 el oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\nsalz und pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">den b\u00e4rlauch waschen und gut wieder trocknenen. die butter in einer pfanne erhitzen und den b\u00e4rlauch f\u00fcr eine minute darin anschwitzen. aus der pfanne nehmen zur seite stellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die eier verschlagen, einen schluck milch dazugeben sowie salz und pfeffer. die eier in die pfanne geben, den b\u00e4rlauch wieder dazu geben und braten bis die eier gestockt sind. ab und an umr\u00fchren. mit etwas frisch gemahlenem pfeffer servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">guten appetit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>bear\u2019s garlic is currently in season and if you like to eat it the whole day like me, here comes the good news: you can already start with it for breakfast!
