medici<\/a><\/em> where many treasures are still waiting to be\u00a0discovered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">for 4:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">120 g lentils<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\n450 g tomatoes<br \/>\n2 handful of borage<br \/>\n4 tbs olive oil<br \/>\n200g short pasta like ditalini<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">allow the lentils to soak in water over night.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">pour the tomatoes in a large pan, add boiling water and wait\u00a0for 2 minutes. remove the tomatoes from the water, rinse with cold water and peel them. cut the tomatoes into pieces and remove the kernels if you want to. if you do not have fresh tomatoes you can also take the canned ones with their juice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">drain the lentils and wash them. now you can pour the washed lentils, chopped tomatoes, 1 1\/2 liters of water and olive oil in a lagre pan. wash the borage and cut into stripes and add to the other ingredients. allow to cook gently for about one hour until the lentils are soft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">finally bring the soup to a boil again and add the pasta. cook the pasta in the soup al dente and serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">enjoy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">f\u00fcr 4:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">120 g linsen<br \/>\nsalz<br \/>\n450 g tomaten<br \/>\n2 handvoll borretsch<br \/>\n4 el oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\n200 g kurze pasta zb. ditalini<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die linsen \u00fcber nacht in reichlich wasser einweichen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die tomaten in einen gro\u00dfen topf geben, mit kochendem wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und 2 minuten ziehen lassen. die tomaten aus dem wasser nehmen, kalt abschrecken und die haut abziehen. dann die tomaten in st\u00fccke schneiden und wer mag kann auch die kerne entfernen. statt frischen tomaten k\u00f6nnen auch dosentomaten mit ihrem saft verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die linsen abgie\u00dfen und waschen. die gewaschenen linsen, die gehackten tomaten, 1 1\/2 liter wasser und das oliven\u00f6l in einen gro\u00dfen topf geben. den borretsch waschen, in streifen schneiden und dazu geben. alles f\u00fcr eine stunde k\u00f6cheln bis die linsen weich sind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">zum schluss die suppe noch mal aufkochen und die nudeln dazu geben. die nudeln in der suppe al dente kochen und sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">guten appetit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>i already\u00a0learned a lot about italian ways to combine ingredients with pasta i never thought about before. pasta and potatoes for example, pasta cooked directly in pumpkin or courgette soup instead of water and this time i learned how excellent &hellip;
