you can choose between this years ideas: raspberry thaler<\/a><\/em>, chocolate with bacon<\/em>, rosemary and smoked salt<\/em><\/a>, ischler t\u00f6rtchen<\/a><\/em> or rosemary shortbread. you can also check out last year ideas if you like. i made linzer augen<\/a><\/em> and chocolate bark with rosemary, brazilian nuts and fleur de sel<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n2 tbsp rosemary, chopped<\/p>\n

combine all ingredients to a compact pastry. allow it to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

preheat the oven to 160\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

roll the dough on a floured surface and cut with the cookie cutters of your choice. place the cookies on a lined baking tray. bake for 18-20 minutes.<\/p>\n

remove the ready baked cookies to a wire rack to cool down completely. as long as they are not completely cooled they are very soft and will break easily. so be a bit patient.<\/p>\n

alle zutaten zu einem kompakten teig verarbeiten. im k\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr mindestens 30 minuten ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n

den ofen auf 160\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n

den teig auf einer bemehlten fl\u00e4che ausrollen und mit ausstechern nach wahl kekse ausstechen. auf ein mit backpapier ausgelegtes backblech legen und 18-20 minuten backen.<\/p>\n

die fertigen shortbread auf ein kuchengitter zum ausk\u00fchlen geben. solange sie nicht komplett ausgek\u00fchlt sind, sind sie sehr weich und zerbrechen schnell. also geduld.<\/p>\n
