they are something between sacher torte and these oreo cookies which are coated with chocolate. or maybe they are sacher torte in oreo cookie size. but anyhow, they are chocolatey, they are sweet and they are irresistible.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>as always in the past weeks i was looking for some eatable gifts i could prepare with homegrown stuff and found something new to do with my failed apricot jam i cooked with sugar instead of jam sugar. the jam was too sweet to eat it on bread so that i decided to use it for baking only.<\/p>\n<p>last year i did <em><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=2407\" target=\"_blank\">linzer augen with apricot jam<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em>this year i combined the apricot jam with chocolate. my austrian husband already knew this small chocolate cakes but i discovered it on <em><a href=\"http:\/\/valentinas-kochbuch.de\/rezept-von-ulrike-hornberg-ischler-toertchen\/\" target=\"_blank\">valentinas kochbuch<\/a> <\/em>recently. but we both are very happy with the result.<\/p>\n<p>so enjoy and try out by yourself.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/12\/ischler-t\u00f6rtchen-ohne-glasur_bearbeitet-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4194\" alt=\"ischler t\u00f6rtchen ohne glasur_bearbeitet-1\" src=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/12\/ischler-t\u00f6rtchen-ohne-glasur_bearbeitet-1.jpg\" width=\"1536\" height=\"2312\" srcset=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/12\/ischler-t\u00f6rtchen-ohne-glasur_bearbeitet-1.jpg 1536w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/12\/ischler-t\u00f6rtchen-ohne-glasur_bearbeitet-1-199x300.jpg 199w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/12\/ischler-t\u00f6rtchen-ohne-glasur_bearbeitet-1-680x1024.jpg 680w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">70 g flour<br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\n140 g butter<br \/>\n70 g breadcrumbs<br \/>\n70 g sugar<br \/>\n1 package vanilla sugar<br \/>\n70 g ground hazelnuts<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">apricot jam<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">chocolate icing<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">combine flour, salt and butter first. add breadcrumbs, sugar, vanilla sugar and hazelnuts and combine to the pastry. allow to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">preheat the oven to 180\u00b0 C. roll the pastry and cut out biscuits. bake for 8-10 minutes. put together two biscuits each with a teaspoon apricot jam in-between.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">melt the chocolate icing and coat the biscuits. wait until dry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">enjoy and have a happy third sunday of advent!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">70 g mehl<br \/>\nprise salz<br \/>\n140 g butter<br \/>\n70 g semmelbr\u00f6sel<br \/>\n70 g zucker<br \/>\n1 p\u00e4ckchen vanillezucker<br \/>\n70 g gemahlene haseln\u00fcsse<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">aprikosen (marillen) marmelade<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">schokoladenglasur<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">mehl, salz und butter miteinander vermengen. semmelbr\u00f6sel, zucker, vanillezucker und haseln\u00fcsse dazu geben und alles zu einem teig verkneten. im k\u00fchlschrank 30 minuten ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">den ofen auf 180\u00b0 C vorheizen. den teig ausrollen und kekse ausstechen. 8-10 minuten backen. auf eine h\u00e4lfte der kekse einen teel\u00f6ffel marmelade geben und die zweite h\u00e4lfte der kekse darauf setzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">die schokoladenglasur schmelzen und \u00fcber die kekse geben. die glasur trocknen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">viel freude und einen sch\u00f6nen dritten advent!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>these cuties should not be underestimated!
