{"id":3546,"date":"2013-09-23T21:05:48","date_gmt":"2013-09-23T19:05:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=3546"},"modified":"2013-09-23T21:10:17","modified_gmt":"2013-09-23T19:10:17","slug":"super-quick-curd-ice-cream-and-fresh-blackberries-superschnelle-quarkeiscreme-und-frische-brombeeren","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=3546","title":{"rendered":"super quick curd ice cream and fresh blackberries \/\/ superschnelle quarkeiscreme und frische brombeeren"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/08\/curd-ice-cream-and-blackberries.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3548\" alt=\"curd ice cream and blackberries\" src=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/08\/curd-ice-cream-and-blackberries.jpg\" width=\"2311\" height=\"1516\" srcset=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/08\/curd-ice-cream-and-blackberries.jpg 2311w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/08\/curd-ice-cream-and-blackberries-300x196.jpg 300w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/08\/curd-ice-cream-and-blackberries-1024x671.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/wp-uploads\/2013\/08\/curd-ice-cream-and-blackberries-457x300.jpg 457w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2311px) 100vw, 2311px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>if you have <em><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiesgarden.net\/?p=3518\" target=\"_blank\">only a few blackberries<\/a><\/em> this is the perfect idea to transform them in something big. the ice cream has a very subtle flavor of curd and will perfectly support the sweet fruity and a little bit sour blackberries.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>without the blackberries the curd ice cream would be boring. so i strongly recommend to combine them together.<\/p>\n<p>the curd ice cream is quickly prepared within less than two hours. and it is without eggs. \u00a0the curd already has a thicker consistence than ice cream mixture usually has, so it will freeze more quickly. but because of being egg-free you can not deep freeze the curd ice cream. it would loose its texture and would turn more in a parfait consistence, which would not be good to form ice cream scoops.<\/p>\n<p>but anyhow, it will be so good that it will be difficult to wait too long for it or to keep some leftovers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">500 curd<br \/>\n120 g whipped cream<br \/>\n50 g sugar<br \/>\n50 g caster sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">blackberries<\/p>\n<p>combine all the ingredients for the curd ice cream and let it rest for 30 minutes. pour into your ice cream maker or directly into the freezer. if you choose the last option you have to stir every half hour to crush the ice crystals.<\/p>\n<p>if you use an ice cream maker, you should freeze your ice cream for half an hour (not longer, because otherwise it would turn into a parfait!). pay attention as some ice cream maker will not be able to turn the thick ice cream until the end of the 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>enjoy the ice cream with blackberries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">500 g quark<br \/>\n120 g schlagsahne (-obers)<br \/>\n50 g zucker<br \/>\n50 g puderzucker<br \/>\n2 el zitronensaft<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">brombeeren<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">zun\u00e4chst alle zutaten f\u00fcr die eiscreme mischen und eine halbe stunde ruhen lassen. in die eismaschine f\u00fcllen oder direkt in einem becher in den tiefk\u00fchler geben. in dem fall muss die eiscreme alle halbe stunde ger\u00fchrt werden um die eiskristalle zu zersto\u00dfen, die sich bilden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">auch wenn man eine eismaschine verwendet sollte die eiscreme nach einer halben stunde noch mal f\u00fcr eine weitere halbe stunde in den tiefk\u00fchler, da die wenigsten eismaschinen so lange k\u00fchlen, bis das eis die richtige konstistenz hat. l\u00e4nger sollte das eis jedoch nicht im tiefk\u00fchler sein, da es (da ohne ei) sonst die konsistenz von parfait bekommt und man keine eiskugeln mehr daraus formen kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">viel vergn\u00fcgen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>if you have only a few blackberries this is the perfect idea to transform them in something big. the ice cream has a very subtle flavor of curd and will perfectly support the sweet fruity and a little bit sour &hellip;
