<\/a><\/em>food-blog-event and also because we currently have tons of carrots, potatoes and some courgettes in our garden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">for 4:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 normal sized fishes or better 4 smaller ones<br \/>\n4 small potatoes<br \/>\n2 carrots<br \/>\n2 celery stalks<br \/>\n8 small onions<br \/>\n1 or 2 courgettes (depending on their size)<br \/>\n200 ml olive oil<br \/>\n1 lemon<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\npepper<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">olive oil<br \/>\n1 lemon<br \/>\n1 tsp oregano<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">bring 1,5 liter water mixed with 200 ml olive oil to a boil. let it cook for 2 minutes to allow to combine oil and water. add the fish, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, courgette and a little bit of salt. let it simmer for about 20 minutes, but be careful not to overcook the fish, it will fall to pieces otherwise. for smaller fishes i recommend to add them a little bit later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">remove all the ingredients from the pan and arrange on a serving plate. keep warm. season to taste the broth with salt, pepper and the juice of one lemon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">the last step is a sauce for the fish. therefore combine some olive oil, juice of one lemon and the oregano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">i prefer to eat soup, fish and vegetables at the same time. but you can also start with the soup and continue with the fish and the vegetables. some rustic white bread will be perfect. and to get the perfect greek holiday feeling you need some greek white wine, ideally a very cold retsina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">jamas (cheers) and enjoy the meal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">********************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">f\u00fcr 4:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 fische oder besser 4 kleine fische<br \/>\n4 kleine kartoffeln<br \/>\n2 karotten<br \/>\n2 selleriestangen<br \/>\n8 kleine zwiebeln<br \/>\n1-2 zucchini (abh\u00e4ngig von der gr\u00f6\u00dfe)<br \/>\n200 ml oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 zitrone<br \/>\nsalz<br \/>\npfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 zitrone<br \/>\n1 tl oregano<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">in einem gro\u00dfen topf 1,5 liter wasser und 200 ml oliven\u00f6l zum kochen bringen. ein paar minuten kochen, bis sich \u00f6l und wasser miteinander verbunden haben. fisch, kartoffeln, karotten, sellerie, zucchini, zwiebeln und etwas salz dazu geben. etwa 20 minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, aber vorsicht, den fisch nicht zu lange kochen, da er sonst zerf\u00e4llt. kleine fische sollte man etwas sp\u00e4ter als die \u00fcbrigen zutaten dazu geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">alle zutaten aus dem topf nehmen und auf einer servierplatte arrangieren und warm stellen. die br\u00fche mit salz, pfeffer und dem saft einer zitrone abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">zuletzt wird die sauce f\u00fcr den fisch gemacht. dazu etwas oliven\u00f6l, den saft einer weiteren zitrone und den organo miteiander verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">ich esse am liebsten die suppe, den fisch und das gem\u00fcse gleichzeitig. man kann aber genauso gut mit der suppe beginnen und dann fisch und gem\u00fcse essen. ein rustikales wei\u00dfbrot passt sehr gut dazu. um das perfekte griechische feriengef\u00fchl zu bekommen, braucht es unbedingt ein glas wei\u00dfwein, am besten einen gut gek\u00fchlten retsina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">jamas (prost) und guten appetit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>in fact it is a kind of understatement to name this dish a fish soup, because it is a soup and a main course in one. you will cook your ingredients for the main course, fish, potatoes, carrots and courgette, &hellip;
